Our latest building projects include a luxurious new home in Bushey, double-storey extension in Hampstead, rear house extension in Barnet and a full house renovation in Mill Hill.
Built by our team of professional building specialists, this bright modern mansion features floor to ceiling glazing with sliding glass doors for easy access to the garden. The luxury new home was tailor-made, as all of our other work, using the best quality materials available on the market.
The London stock brick walls helped this rear extension fit with the surroundings by matching the original property. The combination of the industrial style steel-framed glass panel doors and a large roof-light bring in natural sunshine to light up the bespoke interiors inspired by the sixties.
This highly-glazed double-storey extension designed by Stuart Less Architects features a half basement with doors leading out into the garden. An internal exposed flemish bond brick wall along with a large amount of glass were used to create a fresh contemporary look.
Our clients wanted to expand their kitchen while also meeting their objectives of having a brighter home. We achieved this by adding a large kitchen extension to the rear of the house. The combination of wide doors with wooden frames and large glass panes and Velux roof-lights allows warmth and natural light into the home. Our clients chose this bespoke shaker kitchen by Handmade Kitchen Co for its combination of elegant look and useful features.
The combination of the exposed brick wall, linear wood beam pendant lights and a shaker style kitchen give this extension a striking Tudor twist.
We remodelled the outdated interiors by laying herringbone wood flooring in the bedroom, dressing room, lounge and dayroom. We painted the walls in bright white and applied grey textured wallpaper onto one wall in the master bedroom to create a subtle contrast. Our team of carpenters crafted a made to measure bookcase and a bespoke walk-in wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The bathroom was tiled using luxury black and white marble tiles.
